In simple language he was saying the following: £30 to be invested in government or real security, with the power to 'reinvest'. The yearly interest and dividends to be paid to Brother William Pallister for life. After his death the £30 and any interest to be held in trust equally between John, Thomas and Margaret Pallister (William's tree children) until they reached the age 21yrs, the interest to be used as maintenance and education. If any of the three died before 21 without lawful issue the money was then to be shared between the remaining child/children if they die before 21 with lawful issue their share of the money went to their child/children. The rest of the money to be divided into 5 parts and one part each to go to brothers Matthew, Thomas, Richard and John twelve months after Robert’s death.
The 5th share to be shared between Robert, William and Margaret Clement on reaching 21yrs. The interest until they reached that age was to be used as maintenance and education. If any of the three died before 21 without lawful issue the money was then to be shared between the remaining child/children if they die before 21 with lawful issue their share of the money went to their child/children. If they die before 21 with lawful issue their share of the money went to their child/children.

Deaths - "Hugh Pallister, Veteran Geologist, Dies at 78" - Hugh D. Pallister, 78, consulting senior geologist with the Geological Survey of Alabama, died Monday at Druid City Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mr. Pallister, who played an important part in helping to develop the minerals of the state, had been in ill health several months. He started the School Of Mines at the University of Alabama and worked with the U.S. Bureau of Mines before joining the Geological Survey where he worked in the field of mines. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hugh Pallister of 1211 Riverside Drive, two sons, Hugh D.
