Mary Jane Carr born, circa, 1863 (Spennymoor?) died, 24 Dec, 1939 Newbottle.
Her father was Thomas, but unable obtain correct birth certificate to prove her mother’s maiden name.
Due to different ages given on census returns, marriage & death certificates.
A possible link to Mary Jane are the Wanless family an elderly family member is sure
That she was the Sister of Joseph Wanless (b,1876 – d,1965) Houghton-le-Spring.
Parents of Elizabeth Hughes born, circa, 1835 Prestatyn, Wales.
(Update her father's name was William Hughes. from marriage certificate)
